Gridizen gives individual landlords the ability to efficiently and cost effectively manage their properties in-app around credit checks, rental contracts, rent collection and more.
At Gridizen we combine the strength of our competitors to provide a comprehensive solution to managing and renting properties online, on your computer and on any portable device.
Forget the complicated, drawn-out processes that go along with managing a property – our advanced property management tool will make finding a local trademan or cleaning service fuss-free.
A per unit subscription fee applies for this feature.
Gridizen’s platform will integrate with and control a wide range of smart home devices.
We will soon offer smart home bundles containing an array of easily installed devices, which can be retrofitted quickly and affordably. These bundles will include smart light switches, plugs, thermostats, locks, leak detectors, control valves, damp/mould sensors and smoke alarms.
Whether tenant or owner, our selected devices help residents stay safe and take care of their properties.
Landlords and property managers can also benefit from our smart home solution. Smart locks and keyless entry lead to significant reductions in management costs, and smart water detectors can detect leaks before they spread and save thousands in insurance fees.
Our integration with IoT technology allows real-time reporting and monitoring of property details, enabling landlords and property managers to efficiently keep up with maintenance.
At Gridizen, we believe a strong local community is key to being a happy resident.
We work with local businesses and vendors to offer our tenants exclusive discounts on local products, and services such as cleaning, laundry and gym memberships.
In exchange for offering a discount to local residents, businesses and vendors get access to an analytics and marketing platform to help them thrive.
If you’re a businessowner, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out how we can work together.
