London-based PropTech Gridizen has become headline sponsor of the recognised National TPAS Awards on the 8th of October. A recognised entity in the housing sector, TPAS are dedicated to improving landlord-tenant engagement through expert consulting and support services. They host annual awards to celebrate initiatives made by individuals and organisations that drive lasting impact on housing communities across England.
The housing sector has recently been undergoing a transformation to improve the quality of their services. In light of the Tenants Charter which was published in last year’s social housing white paper, a desire to increase tenant engagement and improve tenant wellbeing has been brought to the fore. However, due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic, the sector has been forced to innovate.
